State-of-the-art sequencing technology and bioinformatics
We combine years of experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and cutting-edge bioinformatics methods. We apply machine learning models to detect RNA expression patterns associated to complex diseases. We have also developed our own software platform, named Stratus®, designed to help us and others easily analyse NGS data.
